The Bowman Area Chamber of Commerce announced on May 15 the recipients of its 2026 Chamber Choice Awards, naming A2Z Printing as Business of the Year and Becky Brooks as Volunteer of the Year.

These awards recognize individuals and businesses that contribute to making Bowman a better place for residents and businesses. The honors highlight community involvement, leadership, and ongoing commitment to local development.

A2Z Printing was recognized for its service to Bowman and surrounding areas since its founding by Bonnie in April 2004. Her early experience in the printing industry began at the Finder before working ten years at another print shop in Bowman. Over time, advancements in equipment have enabled her to take on diverse projects ranging from business logos to custom banners. “Bonnie and her team at A2Z Printing are always there to make projects easier. Whether it’s a last-minute rush job, a large order, or a standard print request, she always puts her customers first. It’s a true pleasure to have her as part of our business community,” said Josh Buchmann, owner of South Main Lanes.

Becky Brooks was honored as Volunteer of the Year for her dedication across various roles including organizing community events, supporting local organizations such as the Sunrise Foundation, serving on boards like Amidon School Board and Southwest Healthcare Auxiliary Board, and volunteering with groups like the Bowman Slope Council on Aging Board. As she enters retirement, Brooks plans to spend more time with family while remaining active in volunteer work.

Past awardees include ProPoint Farm and Ranch Supply (2025), Frontier Travel Center (2024), Beth Criswell (2025), Shonda Schwartz (2024), among others.
