Bismarck, ND – Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak has announced the appointment of Cassie Bowers as Director of State Operations and Community Relations. Bowers brings over thirty years of experience in business, real estate, and civic leadership to her new role.

“Cassie is deeply rooted in North Dakota and brings a wonderful depth of experience and passion for our state to this position,” Fedorchak stated. “She’s spent her career building strong relationships, solving problems, and serving her community. Cassie shares my commitment to responsiveness and making government more accountable to our people. I‘m thrilled to have her on our team.”

Bowers, a lifelong resident of North Dakota, has held various leadership positions in the Bismarck-Mandan region across sectors such as real estate development, finance, higher education, and community service. Her most recent role was as Director of Development at the University of North Dakota’s Nistler College of Business and Public Administration.

“North Dakota has always been home, and I’m proud to bring my extensive experience to Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak’s team,” said Bowers. “As a proud mother of three grown children—Braden, Braxton, and Dezirae—family values remain at the heart of everything I do. I’m honored to serve the people of North Dakota in this capacity and look forward to strengthening the connection between our communities and their voice in Washington.”

Bowers is involved with several local and statewide organizations including the North Dakota Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee, the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors Local Issues Committee, and the UND Women in Leadership Program Advisory Board. She graduated from Leadership North Dakota, holds a North Dakota Real Estate License since 2011, and has completed advanced CCIM coursework in commercial real estate.
