The FDA conducted a total of three inspections at three different medical device firms in North Dakota during 2025, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This number represented the second lowest count of inspections per company type carried out by the FDA in North Dakota, accounting for 4.1% of all inspections conducted that year.

Among all medical device companies in North Dakota, Michael D. Greenwood, M.D. received the highest number of citations from the FDA in 2025.

The FDA routinely inspects facilities across the nation to determine if the workplace and their products are compliant with FDA-regulated laws and regulations implemented to improve overall public health. Inspection results are then disclosed publicly.
