The Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) is set to hold its third annual GrowND: Workforce Showcase on April 21, 2026, at the North Dakota Heritage Center in Bismarck. The event will run from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m.

This year’s showcase features two hours of short presentations from 11 organizations. Each presentation will last ten minutes and focus on workforce attraction, retention, development, and workplace culture. The goal is to provide employers with practical strategies that can be implemented immediately as they face a competitive labor market.

The finalized agenda for the event is available online. Additional details about speakers and topics will be released through regular updates ahead of the showcase.

Following the presentations, there will be a networking social sponsored by CareerViewXR. Attendees will have an opportunity to speak directly with presenters at resource tables, ask questions, and collect materials relevant to their workforce needs.

“Workforce remains the primary constraint to growth for North Dakota employers,” said Arik Spencer, President and CEO of the Greater North Dakota Chamber. “The GrowND Workforce Showcase is structured for efficiency. In a single afternoon, business leaders gain direct access to actionable resources and the partners delivering them.”

As demographic changes and economic uncertainty continue to influence hiring trends in North Dakota, GNDC aims to help businesses develop effective workforce strategies through this event.

Registration information, sponsorship opportunities, and the current agenda are available online.
