The North Dakota softball team lost to North Dakota State by a score of 8-6 on April 25 at Albrecht Field. The game featured three home runs and a total of 18 hits, with the Hawks now holding a record of 26-22 overall and 3-10 in Summit League play. The Bison improved their record to 24-21 overall and 8-6 in conference play.

She hit her homer immediately after Katelyn Neumayer also recorded her third home run of the year, resulting in back-to-back shots for the team. Other contributors included Brooklyn Morris, Chloe Bethune, and Aleksia Severson with one hit each.
Tehya Armstrong took the loss for North Dakota, dropping her season record to 5-6 after allowing six runs (three earned) over four innings pitched. Unity Nelson entered as relief for three innings, giving up two runs while striking out four batters without issuing any walks.
