The North Dakota softball team will face Crown College on April 13 at Albrecht Field in Grand Forks. The game, scheduled for 5 p.m., marks the first meeting between the two programs and will be available for viewing on the Summit League Network.

This matchup gives North Dakota an opportunity to play at home after a road series against Kansas City, where they won one out of three games. The team’s record stands at 23-16 overall and 1-5 in Summit League play. In their recent win, Tegan Livesay pitched her second complete game shutout of the season, helping secure an 8-0 victory.

Crown College enters with an 18-12 record and is currently on a three-game winning streak following a sweep of North Central University. However, Crown has struggled away from home with only one win in five road games this season. Maria Lilenthal leads the Polars offensively with a .518 batting average, three home runs, and forty-one runs batted in.

For North Dakota, Jaedyn Valdez has reached base safely in seven consecutive games and holds a .385 batting average that ranks fourth in the conference. Brooklyn Morris has recorded multi-hit performances in her last two outings. Both Valdez and Camryn Lasota are among the top five players in doubles within their conference.

This contest is classified as an exhibition game for Crown College. Fans can follow updates through social media channels or by visiting FightingHawks.com.
