The North Dakota State men’s basketball program announced on April 17 the addition of transfer Jack Robison to its 2026 recruiting class, according to head coach David Richman.
Robison is a guard and forward from Lakeville, Minnesota. He spent the last two seasons playing for Wisconsin. His arrival is expected to bring additional size and skill to the Bison roster.
“We are excited to add Jack to our Bison Family,” Richman said. “He brings size, skill, and an understanding of winning culture from his time at Wisconsin. We think he’ll be a great fit in our program with our returning players and a talented group of newcomers.”
During his time at Wisconsin, Robison played in 30 games over two seasons and recorded an 83 percent shooting percentage from three-point range. Before college, he was a standout player at Lakeville North High School where he scored more than 1,600 career points—ranking third in school history—and was named Pioneer Press East Metro Player of the Year as well as Star Tribune First Team All-Metro as a senior in 2024 after averaging 22 points per game.
North Dakota State recently swept both the Summit League regular season and tournament championships for 2026 and secured its sixth NCAA Tournament appearance since 2009.
Robison’s addition comes as the team looks ahead with optimism toward future seasons.
