Summer may slowly be coming to an end, but there are opportunities to explore our state forests year-round! The NDFS manages five state forests and one memorial tree grove. There is something for everyone: campgrounds, picnic sites, maintained hiking and riding trails, fishing and canoe access, berry collecting, and countless views of native wildlife and plants.
