The North Dakota Game and Fish Department has announced a public hearing to discuss proposed changes to Title 30 of the North Dakota Administrative Code. The hearing will take place at 11 a.m. on November 19 at the department’s main office in Bismarck.
According to the department, the proposed amendments include updates to several regulations. One change involves Section 30-03-06-05, which addresses requirements for water transportation. Another amendment affects Sections 30-04-03-14 and 30-04-03-17, relating to applications and examinations for hunting guide or outfitter licenses, with references to House Bill 1470.
