North Dakota Forest Service issued the following announcement.
Please help us welcome Cathy Schacher as our new Fire Administrative Assistant in the Bismarck office. She will provide program support and financial, record, and database management for the Fire Management Program. She joins us with experience in bookkeeping and administrative assistance in the education and energy fields.
She says "Having family and friends in the industry, I highly respect the work that firefighters and the Forest Service do. I am excited to have this opportunity to work in a job where I can make contributions to this team and their mission."
Cathy has two adult children and is recently married. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, camping, watching football (Go Bison!), taking photographs, and crafting.
