North Dakota Farmers Union issued the following announcement.
Attention livestock producers!
If you have lost livestock to recent weather events, contact your local FSA office for information on the Livestock Indemnity Program. The Livestock Indemnity Program requires a deduction for normal mortality and documentation must be reported within 30 days of when the loss is apparent to your local FSA office.
