The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) is inviting public feedback on an amendment to the 2025-2028 State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). This amendment proposes the addition of three new projects slated for 2025.

The proposed projects include the replacement of a pedestrian bridge in Jamestown, with a total cost estimated at $1,821,069. Another project involves signage installation along Interstate 94 from Buffalo Gap to Medora, with costs amounting to $109,294. Additionally, a thin lift overlay on North Dakota Highway 18 south of ND 46 is planned, costing approximately $6,282,500.

Residents and interested parties can review the current STIP by visiting NDDOT's website. The document is accessible under "Construction & Planning" via the "Transportation Plans & Programs" section.

Feedback should be submitted by March 7, 2025. Comments can be directed to Michael Wilz at NDDOT’s office in Bismarck or emailed to mwilz@nd.gov with “2025 State Federal-Aid Roadway Projects” as the subject line.

NDDOT assures that it will consider requests for reasonable accommodations to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities during meetings. Language interpretation and translation services are also available upon request.
