The Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) is organizing the GrowND: Workforce Showcase, aiming to address workforce issues faced by businesses in the state. This event returns this year to Bismarck's Heritage Center on April 22, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. An optional networking lunch and social hour will give attendees the chance to connect with speakers and presenters.

Workforce challenges are prevalent in North Dakota, affecting 70% of GNDC members who find it difficult to hire staff. Additionally, 44% of these members have plans to expand their workforce. GrowND provides a platform for businesses to gather practical advice in workforce attraction, retention, and development through targeted presentations.

According to Amanda Remynse, GNDC's VP of Strategic Engagement, “Each speaker will present workforce solutions that businesses can implement immediately or adapt to their own practices, offering real-world insights to help organizations tackle staffing challenges.” Ms. Remynse also noted the success of the previous year's event, as "100% of attendees said they would recommend the event to their peers."

The event is supported by Bismarck State College, which serves as the Premier Sponsor.

Event details include:

- Date: April 22, 2025

- Time: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM

- Location: Heritage Center, Bismarck

- Registration Fees: GNDC Members – $35, Nonmembers – $50
