Amanda Remynse, Vice President of Strategic Engagement | Greater North Dakota Chamber
The Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) has announced that two of its leaders will participate in the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) event, "Communicate Stronger," scheduled to take place on May 6 at the University of Mary in Bismarck. Amanda Remynse, the chamber's Vice President of Strategic Engagement, alongside Mallory Humann, the Program and Event Coordinator, will be delivering a session at the conference.
The session, titled "How GNDC Transformed a Basic Newsletter into a Strategic, High-Impact Tool," will focus on explaining the progression of GNDC's digital communications. Specifically, they will discuss the Dakota Digest newsletter, which has developed from a simple email into a tool that enhances engagement, reinforces relationships with stakeholders, and aids in generating revenue.
The presentation will cover GNDC's shift in content strategy, tactics for maintaining audience interest, and methods for repurposing content to extend its impact. "Our approach to communication had to evolve to match the pace and priorities of the business community – the members we serve," said Amanda Remynse. "This session is about sharing the lessons we’ve learned and offering actionable strategies others can take back to their own organizations."
The event is set for May 6, 2025, at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND. Interested participants can register and access the full agenda and speaker details at greatplainsiabc.com or through the event ticketing vendor. GNDC members can obtain a complimentary registration code by emailing ndchamber@ndchamber.com.
