Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak recently addressed the House Floor to honor WDAY Chief Meteorologist John Wheeler on his retirement. Wheeler is concluding a notable 40-year career in broadcasting, with his final forecast scheduled for May 16.
Fedorchak highlighted Wheeler's long-standing service since he joined WDAY in 1985 as the station’s first on-air meteorologist. Over the decades, Wheeler has provided guidance through various weather challenges such as blizzards, floods, and droughts.
