ND Dept of Emergency Services issued the following announcement on March 22.
We had a couple of team members who recently earned well-deserved promotions. Paul Gysberg was promoted to assistant supervisor at the Division of State Radio and Eric Upton is the new Planning Section Chief for North Dakota's Homeland Security Division. Congratulations to you both!
