Vermont Agency of Natural Resources: Anyone else feeling stuck in the mud?

J

Vermont Agency of Natural Resources issued the following announcement on March 25.

Anyone else feeling stuck in the mud?

While we probably can't do anything to help you get literally unstuck (#MudSeason), we can highlight some ways to get you figuratively unstuck, and out and enjoying this season in all its mucky, sloppy glory.

Listen to it! A great episode of Brave Little State in which experts answer listener questions about Vermont's gravel roads and mud season. From Vermont Public Radio: https://www.vpr.org/.../mud-season-madness-a-dirt-road...

Get outside! That's right, you can have an outdoor adventure during mud season. Green Mountain Club has you covered: https://www.greenmountainclub.org/hiking/mud-season/

Embrace the melt: Burlington Free Press recommends waterfall watching this time of year, and has identified some mud season friendly spots to see some of VT's waterfalls: https://www.burlingtonfreepress.com/.../where.../7118369001/

: a silver sedan is spattered with mud and stuck -- definitely stuck -- in a deep rut on a super muddy gravel road in Brookfield.
