NFIB North Dakota has recognized 22 state legislators for achieving a perfect voting record in support of small businesses during the 2023-24 session. This group comprises nine senators and thirteen representatives.

Don Larson, NFIB State Director, emphasized the importance of these legislators' efforts: "These legislators recognize that small businesses form the foundation of North Dakota. For our state to prosper, they must champion Main Street," he said. Larson praised their commitment to policies that facilitate business ownership and growth in the state.

The NFIB Voting Record is based on eight significant votes in the House and five in the Senate, focusing on issues like tax relief, lawsuit reform, and regulations critical to small businesses. However, it does not account for all elements considered by lawmakers when voting or their support for small businesses within committees.

For more detailed results and explanations of the issues involved, further information is available.
