The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has granted a contract valued at $10,097,097 to BCSS, LLC. This contract is intended for the excavation, replacement, and repaving of the existing Highway 75 intersection as part of the Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Area Flood Risk Management Project.

The funding comes from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), which was crafted and supported through Congress by U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers received $437 million under this law to finalize all remaining federal work for the diversion project.
