Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) has announced the relocation of its Bismarck office to a new address at 125 Buckskin Ave., Suite 101. To mark the occasion, BCBSND will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 4 to 6 p.m. The event is open to customers, care teams, and community leaders who are invited to tour the facility and meet staff members.

The organization stated that this move is part of its ongoing efforts to improve service delivery and provide a modern work environment for both employees and customers. Ryan Benbo, senior vice president and chief marketing officer at BCBSND, said, “We’re excited to open our doors and welcome the community to our new space. We’re proud to be part of the Bismarck community and this move allows us to better support our team and continue providing exceptional local service to our members and partners in the region.”

The Bismarck office supports employer groups and individuals with health insurance needs. It also serves as a base for government relations staff who engage with members through legislative and community activities.

BCBSND is a member-governed, not-for-profit organization that has operated since 1940. The company’s mission focuses on affordability, simplifying health care processes, and improving health outcomes for North Dakotans.

During the open house event at the new location, attendees will have access to wellness information, refreshments, and opportunities to interact with BCBSND personnel. Additional details about BCBSND can be found at https://www.bcbsnd.com/.
