The Naze Dairy has been honored with the 2024 Commissioner's Award of Dairy Excellence. The award was presented by Nathan Kroh from the North Dakota Department of Agriculture to Brant and Danesha Naze during the 2025 North Dakota Dairy Convention in Bismarck.
Brant and Danesha Naze have been engaged in dairy farming for 27 years. They currently manage a herd of 65 cows on their family farm, which is a second-generation dairy operation within a fifth-generation farm. Besides milking cows, they also maintain stock cows and cultivate corn, soybeans, and oats.
Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring praised the Naze Dairy for its achievements: "The Naze Dairy has consistent, high-quality milk and a remarkable inspection record." He acknowledged the challenges faced by the industry but highlighted the dedication of the Nazes to their work and their commitment to producing an excellent product for consumers.
Located near Montpelier, ND, Naze Dairy is a Grade A member of Dairy Farmers of America. Their milk is processed in Fargo, ND.
