Three suspects apprehended after pursuit in Morton County

At approximately 4:32 PM on June 2, two individuals were apprehended in rural Morton County without incident. A third individual was apprehended at 5:10 PM, also without incident. The Sioux County Sheriff's Department has released the names and charges of those involved.

Ceejay Siers, aged 26 from Mandaree, faces charges of aggravated reckless driving, refusal to halt, fleeing a police officer, and possession of a controlled substance. Natiala Raine Eagle, aged 25 from Mandaree, is charged with possession of a controlled substance and refusal to halt. David Wayne Warrick, aged 41 from Mandan, is charged with refusal to halt, possession of a controlled substance, and tampering with evidence.

The pursuit began on June 2 at approximately 10:38 am when the Sioux County Sheriff’s Department chased a vehicle from Sioux County into Morton County along Highway 6. NDHP Troopers and Morton County Sheriff’s Deputies joined the pursuit. NDHP Troopers took over as the vehicle continued to flee along rural roads and off-road areas in Morton County to evade law enforcement. An NDHP aircraft monitored the pursuit.

The vehicle eventually stopped near 44th Street and 27th Avenue in Morton County where three occupants fled on foot. This area is located along the Heart River, west/southwest of Mandan. Officers searched by foot and air but were initially unable to locate the suspects and discontinued the search.

Authorities advise that if anyone observes these suspects, they should not approach them but call 911 immediately.

Suspect descriptions:

- One male wearing a brown shirt

- One male wearing a red shirt or shirtless

- One female wearing a white shirt and black pants
