The Agriculture Diversification and Development (ADD) Fund Committee has scheduled a meeting for 8:50 a.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. The session will be held at the Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation located at 120 2nd St. SE in Jamestown, North Dakota.

The agenda includes a business meeting covering minutes, financial reports, guidelines and application review, eligibility questions, and other business matters.

Several funding requests will be considered by the committee. At 9:20 a.m., Cavendish Farms, Inc., represented by Mark Cormier from Jamestown, will present a project totaling $150 million with a request for $500,000 in funding support. At 9:50 a.m., Anchor Ingredients Co., LLC of Fargo, represented by Brian Smith, will present a $2.19 million project seeking $300,000.

After a break at 10:00 a.m., Weinlaeder Seed Company from Drayton will present at 10:20 a.m. Scott Weinlaeder is seeking $500,000 for a $4 million project. Houser Labs, Inc. of Fargo is scheduled for 10:40 a.m., with Jeremy Houser requesting $484,000 toward their $582,600 project.

At 11:00 a.m., Tracey Hauck from Richardton will discuss their $1.25 million project and request $300,000 in funding.

A discussion period is set for 11:20 a.m., followed by funding decisions at noon and adjournment at 12:30 p.m.
