The North Dakota Agricultural Products Utilization Commission is scheduled to hold a two-day meeting on November 19 and 20, 2025, at the Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation in Jamestown, North Dakota.

The agenda for Wednesday, November 19 begins with a business meeting at 1:30 p.m., covering minutes, financials, guidelines and application review, eligibility questions, and other business. Following this session, several project proposals will be presented. Rope and Oak Nature Park from Hickson is requesting $60,000 for a nature-based agri-tourism project with a total cost of $80,000. Kathrein Beef Company from New England seeks $25,000 for marketing and utilization out of a total project cost of $25,500. ND Malting and Hops Inc., based in Williston, is requesting $76,800 for marketing and utilization efforts on a project totaling $100,800.

After a break at 3:00 p.m., presentations will continue with Independent Data Management LLC (doing business as MyAgData) from Fargo seeking $250,000 toward a prototype and technology initiative costing $450,000. Upside Robotics from Casselton is asking for $200,000 for prototype and technology development on a project totaling $250,000. AquaHydro LLC of Dickinson has requested $102,670 out of their total project cost of $131,200 for similar purposes. The session will recess at 4:20 p.m.

On Thursday morning at 8:30 a.m., Agristo North Dakota LLC from Grand Forks will present its request for $250,000 toward marketing and utilization within their overall project budget of $715,000. AMAR FRESH CHAKKI ATTA CORP., located in Southwest North Dakota, seeks the same amount out of its total budget of $325,000.

At 9:10 a.m., the North Dakota Department of Agriculture will present its own proposal from Bismarck’s Shanna Johnson regarding marketing and utilization activities; the department requests funding support of $85,000 against an overall budgeted amount of $106,250.

Following another break at 9:30 a.m., Triple 8 Assets LLC from Williston will seek approval for their request of $250,000 towards prototype and technology work estimated to cost a total of $312,500. Prospect Growth Inc., based in Fargo and represented by Wyatt Arnold at the meeting time slot after that one (10:10 am), asks for support totaling $75,000 out of their full budgeted sum ($168,750).

The commission plans to discuss all applications before making funding decisions later that morning. Adjournment is scheduled following these decisions.
