ND Dept of Emergency Services issued the following announcement.
ICYMI: We've been working on a project with the US National Weather Service Bismarck North Dakota, North Dakota Forest Service, ND Emergency Management Association and North Dakota Fire Council to revise the state's Fire Danger Index Map.
Some of the inputs used to determine the daily Fire Danger Index include:
Temperature
Relative Humidity
Wind Speed
Cloud Cover
