North Dakota Human Rights Coalition issued the following announcement.
We are pleased and excited to announce that Kayla Jones has joined ND Human Rights Coalition as Program Manager for the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training program now under development.
In this role, Jones will be conducting research and coordinating with our highly skilled training team to develop a series of trainings to be offered to organizations and systems throughout the state.
Jones caps off a stellar academic and leadership career at North Dakota State University, graduating this weekend with a BS in Psychology, Minoring in Women and Gender Studies and Creative Writing. She is President, Black Students Association, on the English Honor Society and Blue Key Honor Society.
She has mentored young women of color at a Middle School, provided leadership at campus DEI intiatives, and has been fully engaged with both the university and larger community.
She values working collaboratively, and brings skills in leadership, planning research and active listening. Welcome, Kayla!
