The Office of the Adjutant General is hiring an account technician.This position will work in the Administrative Services Section, which is responsible for overall management of the fiscal operations, including the areas of accounting, budget, payroll, human resources and audit. Some of the primary responsibilities for this position include:
Process accounts payable for the Division of Emergency Services (DES) to include preparing, entering, reconciling, and mailing of payments/remittances.Maintain and manage procurement card activity and reallocate transactions in Peoplesoft for all DES cardholders.Assist with revenue collection for the Hazardous Chemical Preparedness program and State Radio billings.
