The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) is organizing two public meetings in September to discuss the state's long-range transportation plan, known as Transportation Connection: 2025-2050. The meetings aim to inform residents and gather feedback on the direction of transportation in North Dakota over the next 25 years.
The first meeting will take place in Bismarck on Wednesday, Sept. 10, from 3 to 6 p.m. Central Time at the Bismarck Art & Galleries Association, located at 422 E. Front Ave. The second meeting is scheduled for Dickinson on Thursday, Sept. 11, from 4 to 7 p.m. Mountain Time in the Community Room at the West River Community Center, 2004 Fairway St.
Both events will feature a recorded presentation that will be shown several times during each session and include interactive activities for attendees.
Transportation Connection: 2025-2050 serves as North Dakota’s long-term vision for its statewide transportation system. NDDOT is encouraging both stakeholders and members of the public to share their input on priorities and strategies for future development.
