The Specialty Crop Block Grant Program Review Panel is scheduled to convene on Tuesday, March 18. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. and will take place in the North Dakota Department of Agriculture’s conference room located on the 14th floor of the state Capitol, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck.
