The North Dakota Department of Agriculture is releasing three new episodes in its web series "Fresh from North Dakota," which highlights the state's specialty crops. The latest episode was released today, with additional episodes scheduled for release each Wednesday through August 20, 2025.

Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring stated, “The series showcases the abundance that grows here and celebrates the efforts of our producers. We’ve partnered with engaging North Dakota food personalities to show you how to cook a variety of locally-sourced foods.”

This season features chef Trevor O’Clair and mobile kitchen operators Sam and Abby Williams. The episodes will be available on the department’s social media channels and website at https://www.ndda.nd.gov/freshfromND.

Viewers can obtain a packet containing all recipes featured in the series by visiting participating farmers markets or requesting one through the department’s website.

Funding for this project comes from the USDA’s Specialty Crop Block Grant Program, which supports projects aimed at enhancing specialty crop production and marketing across the United States.
