The North Dakota Office of Attorney General has announced its search for candidates to fill the Assistant Attorney General position. According to Courtney Titus, director of the Civil Litigation Division and selecting supervisor for this position, the successful candidate will join a team that provides legal services to over 70 state agencies and institutions in North Dakota. Responsibilities include representing the Department of Health and Human Services in administrative proceedings and appellate advocacy before the North Dakota Supreme Court.
Applicants are required to be licensed to practice law in North Dakota or expect imminent admission to the bar. Necessary qualifications include high ethical standards, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
